(1) VIP Idea Success Strategy Day
Objective: This program is for the individual or small team who wants / needs to figure things out in one intensive day, and then will be accountable to themselves and implement the strategies worked out without someone checking on them and guiding them along. There is always the option to determine, at a later date, that one of the other programs is needed to truly make progress with what is worked-out during the strategy day.
Package includes:
- (1) 90-minute call within 2 weeks prior to scheduled strategy day
- (1) full-day 1:1 strategy session in person (up to 6 hours plus lunch)
- Periodic check-up communications over the course of the 1-to-3 months after the session.
- Password access to Idea Success Vault (forum, rolodex of resources, learning center) for 1 year (a $197.00 value)
Either you fly to Washington DC or you bring Sylvia to your location
We dig deep into your ideas / dreams / goals / intentions, get things up on a wall for visual reference, synthesize, prioritize, and strategize your next 1-to-3 years. We develop your action plan for implementing your strategy. Sylvia sends you periodic check-up communications over the course of the 1-to-3 months after the session.
$2997.00 + travel + lodging + (2) meals if Sylvia comes to your location.

You handle your own travel + lodging + meals if you come to Sylvia in Washington DC.
(2) “3-in-3”
Objective: To work with Sylvia to have a sounding board for clarity and strategy for a finite issue, struggle, or challenge in business or professionally when a full coaching relationship is deemed not necessary. This is a good package to have when you’re already working with someone at a deeper level, yet you want someone you can trust who is outside of that person and yourself to “run some things by you”. This is also a good package for when you have a definite idea, project, goal, or intention you want to accomplish and you “just need some clarity and strategy” to continue to work on your own.
Package includes:
- (3) 90minute calls within 3 months 1:1 with Sylvia
- Brainstorm / discovery – clarity / status / coaching / accountability
- Mininum (1) education sessions (webinars, teleseminars, Livestreams)
- Limited password access to Idea Success Vault – 3 months (forum, rolodex of resources, learning center)
- VIP pricing to special events & products (in-person workshops, 3Day Idea Success Summit – Retreat, others)
We assess where you are at the end of 3months and whether we mutually feel that another 3month period, or an uplevel to the VIP package, is appropriate.

(3) Annual Idea Success Summit 3-Day Retreat is October 24-26, 2014 in Rockville, MD at the Courtyard Marriott.
Objective: This is an overnight intensive program with a max of 20 people, designed to take everyone through my IMPACT(c) process of working through their ideas and developing their own implementation strategies and action plans, outlines, storyboards, or whatever concrete documentation they need to leave with to move forward with their ideas. It’s a time for collaboration with each other and connecting with people who may be great accountability partners afterwards. It’s me personally facilitating 2 full days, being available for evening clarification and guidance (or just socializing and letting brains rest), and then several speakers on Sunday presenting “what next” possibilities. This is not a conference; it’s a work session.
$1997.00 + travel, lodging, & (2) dutch-treat dinners (optional)

Breakfast & lunch all 3 days are provided.
(5) Password access to the Idea Success Vault
Objective: To gain access to the learning center, rolodex of resources, and a forum where you can ask questions and share your successes, lessons learned, and advice to others 24:7. This package is an added benefit within the other packages. Stand-alone, it serves as a professional, business, and personal development, referral, and collaborative resource you can access at any time and learn at your own pace on your own time how to get ideas out of your head and into action as well to find the resources to do so.
Package includes:
- Password-access to the learning center, rolodex of resources, and a collaborative forum for (1) year.
